The Ecomteck sites allows members to buy items like extensions, software code, addons script, web application. On Ecomteck Site, buyers  transact with each other directly and we facilitate the transactions to happen.

Please read the following Term and Conditions carefully. When purchasing products from Ecomteck, we assume that you read and agree with our terms and conditions.

How buying items works

This section will help you understand what you are purchasing and how that transaction takes place:

a) License

When purchasing any item, you have the right to use that item but you do not actually own the item itself. You will get a license from the author to use that item. This license also applies to you if you download an item that someone else has bought for you. Different license types are available for you to choose. You’ll need to think about the way you want to use the item so that you can pick the right license.

b) Item support

Authors can choose to support certain items or not. If an author support an item, this will be shown on the item page. All supported items include a support period. You can buy support extensions on these items.

Buyer services: When you ‘buy’ an item you also get support services from Ecomteck: buyer support, fraud protection, item quality control and other related buyer services.
Terms of buying: When you buy an Envato Market item you’re doing so on the following terms:
You have carefully considered the suitability of your chosen license.

You cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item.

We do not guarantee that any particular item is always available on Ecomteck Market so you should download as soon as you purchase it.

Once you buy or download an item you acquire a non-exclusive license (non-exclusive means others might also license the same item).

The author takes ownership of the item.

Your relevant details may be needed to the author of the item in order to facilitate the transaction.

Copyright, trademark and intellectual property claims.

c) What we hold

We hold all the content on Ecomteck Market (except content owned by others) consisting of the design, compilation, and copyright, trademarks, designs & intellectual property. We possess all the service marks and trade names, trademarks, logos on Ecomteck Market. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify or derive any of our content.

d) What we don’t hold

We do not hold all the items on our Ecomteck Market; our authors own. We do not promise that the items or any content, code, data, etc available on Ecomteck Market.

We highly respect the intellectual property rights; simultaneously, we requires that you do the same. If you believe any item or content break intellectual property right, copyright, please see the information in our policy.

e) Product Update

Ecomteck upgrades products regularly to meet customer’s requirements or updates our products to work with the latest versions. Customers purchased a product will get free updates Free by logging in our store and go to My account>My downloadable products. Follow our Blog or newsletter for the updated information.

f) Refund

We offer the 30-day money back guarantee. You can get a full refund if you’re not absolutely delighted, we’ll return your money. No questions asked. To request refund, please submit a ticket with your order information to our system. You will receive refund within 7 days since your request is confirmed.
All refund requests after 30 days will not be accepted. Please notice that any fee you paid for installation and customization services won’t be refunded. Refund policy won’t be applied for Membership fee either. Once you purchase a membership plan of Ecomteck, you will not receive refund for any reason.

Moreover, please notice that refund policy won’t be applied for discounted and sale off items under no circumstance


Customization will be conducted as per discussed requirements. It will not include any additional changes. Any further changes should be discussed as a separate project.

Customization support will be valid during 1 month since the project is delivered. For further support, you need to extend the support.

During customization process, please do not edit or change any file. Moreover, it is better to have the backup. If you want to make some changes, please make a backup and inform us first.

After finishing customization process, if you change the template then we will not be responsible for this.

We will discuss via our help desk system (Ecomteck support ticket). if needed we can discuss or communicate in skype once in week or month.

Furthermore, the cost won’t cover any free consulting beyond the scope of the project.

These Terms and conditions go into effect since 9th January 2018
